BH Tech operates in two tightly connected domains: bulk optical fibre supply and data center / network infrastructure services. We help operators, ISPs, system integrators and large enterprises secure reliable fibre, then keep their critical infrastructure up and running.
Diagnosis and repair of x86 and RISC systems, including Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Cisco UCS, IBM Power and xSeries, and legacy AS/400. Work includes system-board replacements, CPU reseating and replacement, DIMM troubleshooting, RAID card issues and PSU failures.
Maintenance for enterprise storage arrays and backup appliances such as EMC Data Domain, Unity, EqualLogic, Compellent SC-series, V5000 and MD-series. Focus on disks, I/O backplanes, controllers, NVRAM, cache batteries and SPS/UPS components affecting data availability.
Post-warranty maintenance contracts (beyond OEM 3–5 year terms) with defined SLAs, response times and spare-parts strategy tailored to the realities of Iran and GCC markets. Options include NBD, 8×5 and 24×7×365 coverage, with 4-hour response where required.

Multi-vendor skills allow us to support heterogeneous environments – ideal for operators and enterprises in Iran and the wider Middle East.
Iran and parts of the GCC operate under export controls, shipping restrictions and extended lead times for OEM hardware and on-site services. Our maintenance model is designed with these realities in mind, while respecting all applicable laws and regulations.
Standard OEM warranties are usually designed for North America and Europe. In practice, this can mean limited on-site coverage, long response times or no direct service in certain regions. Once the initial 3–5 year warranty expires, many operators are left without a reliable support structure for critical infrastructure.
Third-Party Maintenance (TPM) fills the gap between OEM warranties and real-world operational needs. Our role is to keep production systems running—servers, storage and backup platforms—through local engineering, disciplined procedures and a multi-vendor skill set that does not depend on a single OEM.
Sanctions and logistics can extend delivery times for original parts. We design spare-parts strategies around this: identifying critical components, planning local stock, and validating parts in test environments before deployment, so production systems are not waiting on border delays.
Telecom operators, government agencies and financial institutions cannot afford long outages while waiting for overseas support. Local TPM capability reduces operational risk: incidents are diagnosed and resolved on-site, with escalation to OEMs only when truly necessary.
All activities are planned with attention to legal and regulatory requirements. Our focus is on continuity of service, transparent reporting and clear responsibility lines between the client, the OEM and the TPM provider, so decision-makers can defend their choices in audits and reviews.
BH Tech Consulting Inc. is a Canadian-based company focused on bridging Western-grade engineering practices with high-capacity manufacturing in Asia. We work directly with optical fibre factories in China and India and with trusted maintenance partners in the Middle East and Africa.
Our goal is to become a leading independent maintenance provider for data centers in Iran and the GCC. We focus on post-warranty support, modernization of legacy platforms and building local teams that can operate at the same standard as Tier-1 environments in North America.
Many local operators rely on OEM warranties that expire after three to five years, or face limitations due to geography and sanctions. Our TPM model is designed to fill that gap: we bring procedures and discipline learned from Canadian telecom, government and banking into markets that are still underserved.
BH Tech is led by field engineers who have personally handled complex incidents for Rogers, Bell, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, major government agencies and the University of Toronto. Experience includes liquid-cooled AI servers, IBM Power platforms, Cisco UCS blades, enterprise storage and backup systems.
We are ready to bring this level of operational discipline and experience into the Middle East – starting with telecom operators and national data centers.
